What's the interval of auto refresh?

Opera Coast automatically refreshes all your favorite sites to keep you on top of their latest posts. If you are so up to date that you're listless, we'll suggest some interesting sites to expand your knowledge and keep you entertained..

Surf all the sites
Pull down on the three little squares in the bottom-right corner to swipe between your recently viewed sites. Opera Coast refreshes a page's content, so when you go back to it, you know you're getting the latest developments. Tap a site's "i"-con to share what you're reading with your friends.

I don't think these two features are good feature, they are a little bit like add legs to a snake.

First, it waste data traffic of mobile devices.

Second, it slow down the page load speed, I have to wait, wait the page to finish its refresh.

Third, After refresh, it lost the current position and go to the head again.
There are many very long pages with a lot of links, I scroll and scroll and scroll go to the middle of the page, then open a link to view its content, after read it I go back to the very long page again. Oh, My God! The page is refreshing, wait a while, the page back to head again. I need to scroll and scroll and scroll again. It's really very bad for me.
