won't complete installation and stops at 10%

it was working perfectly >>> after updating ... it shows " installing " bar and stops on 10 %
i uninstalled this newer version and reinstall an older .apk version that i backed up a month ago .... also the older version stopped at 10 % installation bar
i formatted my mobile ... installed a whole new version of android system ( jelly bean ) and i had ICS ...... didn't work either
i connected via mobile data instead of my wifi .... nothing happens
pllllz opera mini means every thing to me ... I NEED IT TO WORK AGAIN -

Install Opera Max http://m.opera.com/max_test/index.html and try again with opera mini.

i installed opera max and turned save data on , turned my wifi off since opera max works only with mobile data , then i opend opera mini ... still stops at 10% !!
am i missing something with opera max ??? -

could it be something with my network provider in my country ? in this case " Etisalat" since it is the same company i subscribe to my ADSL connection and my mobile SIM\data
i can buy a new SIM card provided by another network just to let it work again

so i meet my friend and let her open her hotspot on mobile since she has a different company " Vodafone " >>> AND FINALLY it complete installation and worked perfectly even after i used my network wich is very weird .. ..... my life is perfect now
