My extension is waiting & waiting for a review, does Opera accept new extensions?

My extension (id 248177) is stuck in the review mode for 2 weeks, does Opera accept new extensions at all?

I have submitted last version a year ago, it was rejected, now I made all the fixes to the package, but the status is still "in review" no words from moderators?

No wonder ppl go for Chrome...
