My addon "New Tab + Start Page = Google.com" cannot be upgraded.

Something is causing the Upgrade button to just reload the page,
and the addon cannot be upgraded,- I'm guessing the fact that there's
an older unpublished version that should be rejected is the cause ?Thanks,

Yes, I had to click on the older versions and reject them.
They were preventing the Upgrade button from working.It wasn't very intuitive but I figured it out, don't ask me how
