The new opera-developer 25 doesn't support adobe-flash player?

Hi, I just installed opera-developer 25 for linux, but the flash doesn't work. I found there is a pepper flashplayer path config for libpepflashplayer.so. However, I would like to know if opera-developer 25 support adobe-player or not? if yes, how could I make it. Thanks in advance
