[Solved](Bug/issue) Youtube icon not showing in favorites bar

Hi, thank u for opening my post!
As I wrote in the title the Opera GX browser has troubles in showing the youtube icon in the Favorites Bar... I ignored this small issue for a long time (2 months) but now I would like to solve it because it's really annoying. Any suggestions? I'm using the latest version of the browser.

I have the same problem.
Youtube and reddit has blank page icon in the bookmarks bar
This happened after i switch from opera to opera gx. -

@caglayn07 I switched from Chrome to Opera GX instead.. this blank icon is really awful and this common bug should be fixed. I hope someone knows how;)

I've got a "solution". Here's what solved for me:
- Open any other page from Youtube other than the main page;
- Save it in the Bookmarks. The icon will display normally;
- Now, save the Youtube main page and the icon will display normally as well.

@f4b1n It doesn't work for me. The other youtube page displays its icon, but the home page is still blank.. I tried both by changing the url and by adding a new home-page bookmark besides the specific page.. none of these fixes worked for me. Thank u for answering, though

@f4b1n Use "https://www.youtube.com/?app=desktop" instead of the simple "https://www.youtube.com" URL
