[Solved]WTF is chrome extension?

hey, I have a shortcut on my keyboard to stop and play music (or videos) and for some reason every time I use it when opera is open it just switches to 'chrome extension' and does nothing to my music.
it worked perfectly fine until a week ago (with opera installed)
the 'chrome extension' unpauses itself.
chrome is uninstalled.

Goto the URL chrome-extension://obhaigpnhcioanniiaepcgkdilopflbb/manifest.json and you'll see it's Opera's built-in, component Background Worker extension.

Not sure why it's being triggered like that, but in Opera, goto the URL opera://flags/#hardware-media-key-handling, disable the flag and restart Opera to see if it goes away.
