any option to delete synced device (not speed dial)?

there seems to be 21 synced devices on my opera account (https://www.sync.opera.com/devices).

there are indeed very old ones that I'm not using for years. this is a seperate thing from speed dial because I have only 7 (6 + the device I'm currently using) devices on speed dial.

Is there a way old devices from synced devices?
