Theme Creation Error

I've been trying to upload animated background themes. I've been downloading other themes as templates and substituting my own WEBms and changing the names, but whenver I do this I get this error message:
"Invalid version number found in your neeko/persona.ini file. Please use version '1' for this type of theme." Anybody have a fix? Using version 1 just leads to another string of errors.
