Sliding (part of) Sidebar vertically!

Instead of hiding Sidebar, suggested in the post titled highly misleading as "Sliding Sidebar", where its author asked for a Sidebar "sliding left/right" option - in reality meaning as "hide/show", let's make the part of Sidebar with Workspaces sliding/moving vertically. The 24 available Workspaces will not find their places in Sidebar without the option!
