Localhost, extensions not working offline

Opera Version:70.0.3728.71
System: openSUSE Leap 15.1 (x86_64; KDE)Opera couldn't load localhost (from xampp) while offline (VPN is auto disabled offline), yet, other browser like firefox works fine.
Besides, neither for extensions (like dark theme) and speed dial (no usual url lists, just a search bar)
However, the problem disappear once connected, though they work fine even disconnected until next startup.
Note: Opera Sync is enabled
Can someone suggest a fix, please?
