Move Bookmarks Bar Inline With Address Bar

From a pure UI standpoint, there's no reason not to move the Bookmarks Bar inline (i.e. on the same line) with the address bar. There's no need for the address bar to take the width of the page. As it stand right now, there is so much wasted real estate that (see attached mock-up!
