Hi,
using JAVA operamini 7.1 & 4.5 http://uidai.gov.in/ not opening.error coming 'COULD NOT CONNECT TO REMOTE SERVER '
However its opening in android operamini 7.5.
What the problem with java?

Try another connection, passing round the proxy, maybe?
