Youtube 60FPS stuttering, dropping and lagging in Opera GX only

Why youtube videos work perfectly fine in chrome at 1080p60fps with stable frame rates, but in opera gx the frame rates are noticeably chopping and dropping and it is no way near 60fps (at least not in 90% of the times), i've opera gx latest version and a GTX 750
