Requesting a floating "downloads" tab without having to click it.

I was a user of UC browser before I moved to Opera. But after a year of using Opera I still continued using UC broswer because of its "floating download tab" (i use both).

I don't have to click the "downloads" button, i simply point the pointer on the "downloads" button then the list of downloaded files shows up.

I have a job which requires me to open the folder of the downloaded file (but not open the file directly) frequently. This feature is very beneficial to me.
