[Request] Option to change the new tab page

I would like the option to have more control on the new page tab.

Now it opens the speeddail page without any way to change it. I personally use start.me as a startpage but there is no way for me to set it to this page.

Might be good to give the user control on what page they would like to see when they open a new page.
