Customizing position of tab-close (x) button / enhancement request

Good Day,

Start using Opera (again) and I really like it!
There is one issue I am having with it. It would be awesome if you would make the position of the tab-close (x) button customisable. I literally close a tab by mistake ten times a day. I know left is the default position within MacOs but within the browser is for lots of people not the preferred position.
