Stuttering Twitch and other streaming platforms

Nothing more to say... streams constantly freezing. Sometimes stream stops for 1-2s and for next 1-2s is trying to catch up original speed. I can understand opera gx have much better resorse menagment then chrome or other browsers but if that means all streaming sites have to stutter i won't be using opera any more. But hey maybe there is some solution for that. Let me know please.
