Video stutter with multiple windows

I have 3 monitors 60hz/165hz/60hz
When i have a stream from twitch.tv on the left side and a YouTube video on the main (165hz) the video will stutter and try to buffer. This is only happening with opera gx. I already tried some other browsers and i was able to narrow it down to only opera. Any idea of what could this be? Or how to fix? -
