The browser freezes in the settings tab

Hello!
Today I downloaded this browser and noticed one unpleasant thing during the setup: after clicking on some parameters (“Browser Sounds” or “Site Settings”, for example), Opera GX freezes for 30-40 seconds with "not responding" status, then works as usual again.
However, the processor is not fully loaded, and the RAM is not occupied more than half. All limiters in the browser itself are turned off and there's no any extensions. Turning off hardware acceleration and reinstalling the browser did not help. How to fix this problem?
