Redesign Opera's UI theme manager, Opera 69+

Greetings Opera devs. This request is for you and the people willing to help.
The current feedback targets Opera's UI theme manager and suggests that you make the User Interface more flexible in terms of Customization. I mostly have in my mind the ability to change the colors of some components and register the result as a user-defined theme. Components colors would be set independently, either by groups of elements of single elements, I don't know.
For instance, we could change independently the colors of 1) , 2) or 3) as suggested from the picture below.
