Apps would make Opera perfect!

I know this has been discussed on the forums before... but please allow Opera to create apps! It's pretty much the only thing holding it back from being a perfect one stop shop; most every other chromium based browser gives you this option and I really don't want to have to use Edge. Being able to pin them to the sidebar would be absolutely incredible.
