I can't log in to synchronize my account in Opera Sync because it takes me to a section to create a new account and not to log in with an existing one.

As in my case, just done successfully: the opera is normally accessible, but the sync can be blocked by the agency, so when using hotspotshield the synchronization is very good (ultrasurf is not synchronized), you please try it out

One more way that I discovered, successfully applied is to temporarily turn off Adblock Plus on the web browser, and then F5 to the website again.![alt text]
