Formatted my PC still looks logged in

Hey guys. I have a problem about sync that i think the problem is opera looks like still logged in my earlier windows build. I mean i formatted my PC today and i couldnt solve my password sync problem. I checked articles on the forum but none of them helped. Passwords looks intact on sync.opera website but my account doesnt sync them. I had the import them from another browser.
Anyways my account still looks open on my earlier windows build and there is no log out option. My question is is there a way to log that account out? Should i contact some mod to do it? If ı have where can i contact with mod that can do it?
