Opera Mini 5, Windows CE 6.

Hello!
I have a Sylvania 2006 netbook with Windows CE 6 embedded. Currently it has Opera Mini 5 and Opera Devices 10 in it; the former being by far the more useful since the maximum amount of program memory available while online is 42MB.
I would like to be able to handle Publishers Clearing House entries with OM5; however, the lottos and scratch-offs do not work. I know OM% can handle Javascript since Lutanho games work on it; I also know that Opera Mini browsers do not directly contact a website but do so by proxy.
Also, when at Youtube Mobile the HQ/Normal options for viewing a video do not appear, but they are there- MiniMo still shows them.
How would I solve these problems? And are there any plugins for OM5?
