Make current tab easier to find

I enjoy using the Opera dark theme for it's reduced glare and eye-strain, However, I often have difficulty finding the tab that is currently open as it is too similar in contrast/color from the others. This issue is amplified when I have a lot of tabs open and/or when viewing on a laptop with a low-contrast screen.

Would it be possible to improve the visibility of the tab by lightening the colour of the tab or adding a subtle colour border etc? Does not have to be drastic change but enough to improve usability. In Chrome it is possible to find many varying themes with its theme store, but Opera does not allow this, as far as I know.
