[Suggestion] [Request] Tab grouping and lazy loading

The same as Vivaldi's.
Tab grouping: when you drag one tab/group over the other tab/group, after a small delay you can drop it on and create/add it to a group.
Tab lazy loading: when opening new tabs, they'll never load until you select them. Same with restoring previous session.

Also requesting an option to unload (not close!) unused (background, all the other) tabs in tab's context menu.
