Selective cleaning of profile

Hello,

I have an issue using a saved password with my profile under Linux.
The situation is quite complex.

Opera beta 66 shows no saved passwords:

But it actually suggests one for most sites (gmx.com, github.com).

I think the issue comes from my profile, since it does not occur on the same Linux box with a clean account.
But I have no idea how to fix it without losing all my settings.

Does someone have a clue ?
