I do questionnaires, and the reading status of response header message is very important. So there is a need for a page loading progress bar similar to Vivaldi's, but Vivaldi's browser is only better at H5 decoding than opera's.

@whyule2019 Don't expect Opera to implement it, i'd switch to Vivaldi for that or a different browser that has that as well.
