Opera GX Sound Effect Individual Settings

With my time and experiences with Opera GX, I LOVE the sound effects, but only a few. Some others are just plain annoying and unnecessary for me, but for others, they could love it. There should be individual switches for each sound effect, as well as a master switch for all sound effects (Which already exists).
