Network Limiter Settings

The Network Limiter needs more settings to choose from, cause at the moment there aren't enough on the lower end of the spectrum. Currently I have less than optimal connection, and the only one that could even possibly apply to me is the lowest one at 64 KB/s. There should be options lower than that, ideally in a type-in-your-own-value box, but having set values of 48, 32, 16, and 0 KB/s (for when you need all the throughput you can get, but don't want to kill all your tabs) would be a great help.
