Спасибо, это именно то, что я искал. Задача была сделать так, что бы опера не использовала настройки прокси из windows. С этим аддоном это получилось!

Would be possible to add OpenVPN profiles support?
Didn't found any with this option, so not sure whether is possible or not.

add the ability to use a proxy where login and password authorization is required
