[Bug Report/Suggestion] Recently Closed Tabs Appear Under Open Tabs Category

On the Tab menu, under the Open Tabs category, appear both currently open tabs and recently closed ones, since there's already a category called "Recently Closed" I see no point having it again under "Open Tabs," especially since they're not even clickable.
