Use webcam for webbrowsing

It would be really helpfull if you could use your webcam to be complimentary in web browsing. for example you could scroll by lowering your head like on a Samsung S4 or get back on previous age by swapping your hand to the left and also refresh by waving your hand. I was thinking of features likes this. What do you think is it possible?
