Performance Issues with Youtube on the latest version

Hey there!
I noticed a massive performance drop on YouTube. The video is (picture) is stopping for several seconds and/or is stuttering. Resizing the window only gets registered after around 5 seconds, interacting with the player controls sometimes has a delay of several seconds and so on.
This is the very first time i had these kind of issues with YouTube in this application. Everything worked fine until a few days ago, when the most recent update got pushed out. Other chromium browsers on my system do not show the same issues i am seeing with Opera GX at the moment.
Yes, i am using an ad blocker but i see the same exact issues with it disabled and as mentioned, it worked just fine a few days ago.

Can you post the Youtube video URL so the forum members can see if that particular video also appears terrible on their computers. I have tried many Youtube videos, playing detached and in-browser, without any issues. I am also using various extensions, like ad blockers, without any issues.

@PeterBurton This happens across the site, there is no reason to post random YT links.
