[Solved]Can't access file outside /home dir

Hello,
I'm a new Opera user on Ubuntu.
Opera cannot access the local file outside the / home directory.
For example, to upload a local file to Google Drive, I must first copy it to / homeI think it's a snap application problem because it has already happened to me in the past with Gimp.
Is there any way to solve it? -

Yes, by removing the snap version and installing the regular (deb) one.
What you face is one of major disabilities of the snap apps. Because they run in a sandboxed enviroment, they can not access everything on the filesystem. -

@jimunderscorep Thanks, I solve the problem.
First I installed from Ubuntu repository that have only snap version
Now I installed .deb from Opera website and it work fine
