Return disabling background tab loading at startup!

Previously (a very long time ago) this option was, but it was removed. Why? Lazy loading?
I have a weak laptop and I can not use the opera with a lot of tabs.
When I launch the browser, along with the open tab, background tabs load and the browser starts to slow down!
Why don't you put this option back? I think she would be in demand. Thank you!

@tempale I totally agree with you. I can’t understand - why was it necessary to delete this function altogether and to whom did it interfere?
