Opera Touch Cookie Consent Problem

Hello there,
I am currently coding a webpage using "Cookie Consent"'s Cookie Consent Service with active OPT-IN.
Every Browser works fine, only with opera touch the PopUp instantly disapears.
I belive, it activates the Cookie deny instead of the Cookie allow function but im not able to check, because there is currently no option to see which Cookies are set from which page...

I know its possible to deactivate the Cookie-Auto-Quit-Function per site but this would be something every user actively has to do. For better user experience i would like to fix it from the code site if possible...

Has anyone else experienced the problem? Any ideas to fix it?
