Is it possible to make Netflix/Prime Video/etc to detach like Twitch and Youtube?

@abnerfrei About the Netflix one, it should show the video pop-up button, but there's a bug, present even on the Opera standard.
With Prime video, I guess it also could be affected by this bug (maybe is something related to Widevine DRM plugin)
