I solved my problem with a desktop app Wondershare UniConverter. It works like a charm.

for anyone unaware on windows if you make extensions to files visable most audio you change extensions example Eminem - Normal (Lyrics).mp3Eminem - Normal (Lyrics).mp4
change the mp4 to mp3 or what ever extension you want to use

This gives piracy, people-- Always pay to get music, don't download it off of third party apps.
