Working, add button "download" by left side from "like" button under video (which allow to choice format/bitrate)
Работает, добавляет кнопку "скачать" слева от кнопки "лайк" под видео.

Опера, как проститутка гугла, банит расширение, но его можно переустановить и оно работает, причём хорошо.
