Trouble copying Opera profile

I have 3 Mint systems (all running 18.3 64Bit) all running Opera Version: 62.0.3331.116. For some reason, when I ran updates the other day, the listed update wiped out all my settings on one of the systems. That system was like Opera was a fresh install. I lost all my settings etc... No problem, just copy the config file from one of the other 2 working systems, right? Wrong. I copied my /home/username/.config/opera from one of the other 2 working Opera installs, across the network to the suspect machine. I then replaced that Opera folder on the suspect machine with the entire .config/Opera folder from the working machine. But when I open Opera on the suspect machine, it still looks like a fresh install. Also, the panel shortcut I have for Opera no longer works on that machine.... like somehow Opera is now installed in a different location or something. I have to start Opera by going through the menu drop down instead. Is there another file/folder I need to replace, to make this suspect install recognize all my settings? I really dont want to go through the hassle of setting everything up again on the suspect machine. Thanks!

On each installation, go to opera://about/ and check which path does it say under profiles. Are they all correct?
