Youtube switched to separate audio/video streaming technology for higher quality formats and no longer provides direct 720p (Since 24 September 2018)/1080p/mp3 streams. @talionranger117 If you are using a proxy this may cause a problem. Easy Youtube Video Downloader is one of the best. Try disabling all Opera Extensions.

@talionranger117: Updated version 16.8 is already pushed to Opera for publication but it is still pending their review after 7 days now. you can try the Firefox version till then.
