I had thousands of bookmarks organized in folders in Win 8.1 Opera 12.17 (7 top level folders and many subfolders). When I updated to Opera 22.0.1471.50, top level folders magically appeared in the Bookmarks Bar and retained original subfolder structure. Very nice surprise - I have been waiting a long time for this.
Now before I can use Opera 22+ as a primary browser, I must be able to export bookmarks to other browsers like FF and IE. Although I see the bookmarks file in AppData>Roaming>Opera Software>Opera Stable, there is apparently no built-in tool for exporting bookmarks from Opera 22.0
Feature request: Add tools for exporting bookmarks, like the Opera 12.17 Manage Bookmarks > File > Export... provided, as a next step towards full bookmark management.
