Whenever I open Opera the "AdNauseam, Please:" extension page pops up. Anyone aware of how to fix this?

Same issue here, the "AdNauseam, Please:" configuration page opens every time I open the browser.

I'm using Opera GX, LVL2 (core: 75.0.3969.282):
(Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/89.0.4389.128 Safari/537.36 OPR/75.0.3969.282)

@jayfin: Delete the old version and install version 3.10.4. I had the same problem as you, and now, after installing the new version, the problem has disappeared:

Hello @katsygin, we are currently working on a V3 version, it's a bit slow since there are so many parallel things to deal with and we are a limited team. Hopefully in the next months we will have a V3 version available.
