@ProgramRAM This issue has been fixed in the latest AdNauseam(3.9.109). It took Opera a very long time to approve this version, I'm sorry about the delay.

Whenever I open Opera the "AdNauseam, Please:" extension page pops up. Anyone aware of how to fix this?

Same issue here, the "AdNauseam, Please:" configuration page opens every time I open the browser.
I'm using Opera GX, LVL2 (core: 75.0.3969.282):
(Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/89.0.4389.128 Safari/537.36 OPR/75.0.3969.282) -

@jayfin: Delete the old version and install version 3.10.4. I had the same problem as you, and now, after installing the new version, the problem has disappeared:

At first YouTube didn't detect this ad blocker, but now they do. Great.... (Still a really good ad blocker tho.)

@raymaster: I wrote to the developers but received no response.
Hello. I really like AdNauseam. I use it in Opera and Firefox. Will it still be supported in the V3 manifest?
