Option to Change Audio Output Device

The title is more or less self explanatory, but if you have questions hopefully this clears things up.
The purpose of this feature is to allow users to route the sound from the browser to a specific virtual audio cable. This allows the use of a mixer to adjust sounds from the Discord app, games, and YouTube separately, as the game and browser will generally use the same default audio device.
I do acknowledge that this addition may not see much use from the general user base (although I may be underestimating everyone here), but I have found my own minor uses for this feature and I'm sure there are a few other out there that would be interested as well.

For now, I see there are some solutions/workarounds for Chrome at https://www.google.com/search?q=chrome+change+audio+output. They might work for Opera also.
