how can I disable site engagement tracking?

I've just recently found out about this url a while ago, and have been clearing the results on a daily basis:
opera://site-engagement/is there something I can do to disable this altogether, or is there an extension I can use to constantly set this to 0s??
EDIT:
note this only tracks the current session, restarting the browser resets everything, so it's not like it collects site engagement information since installation
but still, I'd prefer it didn't collect anything. -

I just checked opera://site-engagement on my system and I see it tracks everything, not only what I have visited on that current session.
Chromium's help pages says these about site-engagement, and there are a couple of flags in opera://flags about it

@jimunderscorep the only flag I have for "site-engagement" is #top-sites-from-site-engagement, which I've already disabled
I see it tracks everything, not only what I have visited on that current session.
I may be a bit under-educated
when I restart the browser, the site-engagement page is blank until I visit a site
(there may've been a flag I've changed in the past to achieve this, but I wouldn't be sure what until it's mentioned)
I'm not sure if the site scores actually reset when the page blanks
but yeah, that's what I was referring to. -

@Tcll said in how can I disable site engagement tracking?:

Mine isn't. All the sites I use daily, like facebook, github, reddit, forums, tech news sites etc, are all there. I would post a screenshot, but I do not want the world to learn about some of them.

@jimunderscorep oof, I'm sorry you use those first 3, especially facebook
GH I can understand, even I have to suck up to it because people don't mind giving microsoft their sources to data collect (eg: Minetest), but I pulled my projects from there the moment they partnered.
and Reddit I just don't trust enough, could just be my repulsion from social mediayou may not want the world to know what sites you visit, but facebook and google certainly do, sadly Opera doesn't do enough to block their data collection plots, but still does more than other browsers
but yeah, mine's definitely all the sites I visit

woah okay, so I just found something out
if you're on the site-engagement page, and you disable/unplug internet (I have to unplug because IME is hackable)
after a while everything will clear and nothing will be displayed
just like if you restart the browser.I'm still wondering if anyone knowledgeable knows how to disable this invasion of privacy.
I would prefer not to have to hack a browser to find that answer myself. x_x -

EDIT:
nvm, I guess this was just a fluke on a coincidental day I happened to be observing what happened when you stayed on the page while disconnecting.
after 2 days now I can verify it hasn't happened again.I am interested to know what may have caused it to clear though >.>
