option right clicking to select to open in a new tab

Please add an option after highlighting a text-url and right clicking to select to open in a new tab not the actual tab
I am missing the option in which i could choose where the selected/marked URL will be opened in:
i) the actual tab
ii) new tab -

That i am aware of.
I was talking about unlinked Text-URLs which you have to mark as you would when you were copying the text. After that make a right click and you will get the option "Open Web Adress" which will only open in the actual tab.

Kinda solved. For anyone who's interested:
If you hold SHIFT or CTRL while clicking "Open Webadress" it will open in a new window or in a new background tab.
