How to use this addon?
(1). Install the Addon
(2). Click the cube box in the top right corner and pin this addon (so that the addon is visible in the browser tab)
(3). Play any video on youtube, click the addon icon in the top right corner to download. (Available MP4 and MP3)

jimbop last edited byIt works no problem on my Opera browser, but I would like to install it too on my "Cent Browser".(chrome based like Opera), Can't find it under the extension list from within that Cent Browser.

@jimbop: Thanks for using this addon, apparently "Cent Browser" doesn't have its own addons store and uses from chrome store, and you won't find youtube downloader tool in chrome store and will find in all browsers other than google chrome.

So far I only used the extension to DL video's from YT, not for mp3. It seems there are only issues with the Mp3 recording facility of the extension. I suggest for those people not to use that option of the extension. I personally use a video to mp3 converter and will never have issues with recording mp3 from YT,

It opens addons.vevioz.com with a pack of ads, banners and new browser windows. There IS the desired video on the page but I can only see it for a couple of seconds, before it gets hidden behind a porn popup window.
If you really made the video extraction, could you make it work when I click on Youtube Downloader extension, please? -

@erkyulpuaro: You can close the popup window in the top right corner and the download button will appear again.

Worthless. Doesn't work anymore. Every time you press the download (mp4) button, it just opens a popup but doesn't actually download the video.

@bzic111valium Not true, but like others here you seem to be shutting down all your basic protection (that avoids all kinds of popups) before using this addon ? Can you post a screenrecord (video) that shows your issues ? The only thing I can say is that the recording doesn't always starts immediately.

The extension is great, people are saying it gives viruses, ads, and lots of shit, so i downloaded it and tested, the issue is that people are not using adblock, literally just switch your adblock and its done, opera provides you with one btw, also i don't think the ads are malicious so its safe to use without adblock, although i think its better to use it, just close the ad and download the video, it is that simple, great extension thanks a lot
